At NEPA Crew, we believe that rowing is more than just a sport; it’s a way to connect with nature, foster teamwork, and build lifelong friendships. Our mission is to open the transformative world of rowing to young athletes who traditionally face barriers to the sport by providing inclusive, accessible pathways from learn-to-row to competitive and recreational rowing.
We aim to empower participants of all ages through erg-based workshops, on-water experiences, and strong community partnerships that foster skill, confidence, health, teamwork, and lifelong participation in rowing. We invite you to explore the world of rowing with NEPA Crew.

I’m Finn Wilson, founder of NEPA Crew, a rowing club dedicated to making rowing accessible to all. My hope is for NEPA Crew to open doors to on-water experience, competition, recreation, and lifelong health through rowing.
